Moving Light Dance is a school and company located in Montpelier that shares the gift of dance with students from many Central Vermont communities.

Moving Light Dance was founded by Christine Harris in 2000. One ballet class of ten students held at the Plainfield Town Hall quickly grew into a popular school and company, now located in Montpelier, drawing scores of students and dancers from central Vermont and beyond.

February 21st

We will be offering a studio showing free to the public on Friday, February 21st.

Spring Performance

June 7th and 8th

We will perform Shakespear's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' at the Barre Opera House.

Semester runs from January 6th through June 8th, 2025.
There will be no classes February 23rd - March 2nd and April 20th - 26th.
