Ballet III

Dancers performing

Students work on motivating movements from the turnout, maintaining a strong, centered and lengthened spine and coordinating arms and legs for more complex pirouettes and petite allegro. Focus on timing, musicality, and ensemble dancing are an important part of this class. Students are encouraged to self-correct so that more advanced combinations can be mastered.

Level: Intermediate (age 11+)

Schedule: Mondays and Fridays 4-5:30pm; w/ pointe: Mondays and Fridays 5:30-6:00pm

Attire / Appearance: Navy leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers. Hair pulled back off the face in a pony tail, pigtails or bun. Boys: white t-shirt and black leggings.
